Zeon Partners Overview
Zeon Partners was founded by Rupesh Agrawal (CEO). Rupesh has successfully founded and exited multiple software technology companies in the Greater Milwaukee Area over the last 15 years since graduating from MSOE. Most notably, as sole owner, he founded Zeon Solutions and sold to publicly traded Perficient (Nasdaq: PRFT) in December of 2014.
After the sale of his company, Zeon Solutions, as a way to balance his financial portfolio of stock and cash assets, Rupesh formed a real estate entity. He began investing in office, multi-family, medical, and industrial properties located in premier locations with credit tenants throughout Milwaukee and Chicago.
Rupesh Agrawal officially launched Zeon Partners Capital Investments with Tony Stang (President & Co-Founder), with a focus on acquiring and developing premier Class A Office, Multifamily, and Industrial buildings in the greater Milwaukee and Chicago regions. Zeon Partners has a proven track record of developing, owning, and managing top-tier commercial real estate assets over the last decade.
Zeon has formed fundamentally sound and strong relationships with a variety of lending partners to serve its continued growth needs and to allow the company to offer competitive returns through creative and prime financing terms. Zeon Partners offers its clients an edge through its self-management of assets, in return, creating tighter budgets and more free cash flow compared to other companies who use third-party management.
